7 Fundamentals To Building Sales

business teamAre you doing these 7 things to build your sales?

  1. Building a rapport with your prospects:  You can close a sale unless you have taken the time and done the work needed to build a rapport.  This is where trust is built and fostered.
  2. Find your prospects need:  Recognize how your product or service will greatly benefit them and turn it from a “want” to a “NEED”!
  3. Build Value:  Always show the added value of your service or product to your prospects.
  4. Create desire:
  5. Overcome Objection:  Let’s face it.  You know why your prospects are going to say no to you.  Don’t give them the opportunity to say no.  Make sure you are prepared for this and know how respond.  Re-iterate the value of your product or service, show them why your product or service is a MUST HAVE, and make sure they understand the quality of your product or service.
  6. CLOSE THE SALE:  Ask for the sale.
  7. Follow Up.  Just because the prospect bought, does not mean the sales process is over.  Follow up with your new client, meet their needs and soar over their expectations of you as a sales person.  They will be more likely to re-order, listen to your new product lines and refer you to a colleague (ahhhhh…the power of networking!)
